Congratulations on winning your State Tournament. Washington District Four is happy to welcome
you to the Little League Softball Western Region Tournament in Vancouver,
Washington and look forward to a great tournament.
Housing will be available on a limited basis for this
tournament. This housing will be in the form of host families for the players
only. Managers, coaches and family members will be on their own. This housing
will be available for the duration of the tournament. If you feel you need

2004. This packet contains information on hotels close to the tournament
facility as will as tourist attractions in the area.
We will need your team roster by July 28th

On July 30th 2004 there will be a hosted
Picnic at Fort Vancouver Little League for your team, coaching staff and
parents. Fort Vancouver Little League is also the regional tournament facility.
At 9:00 AM on July 31st at the Shilo Inn there
will be a mandatory meeting for all managers and coaches. At this meeting we
will conduct the coin flip for the first games. You will also be required to
show your medical releases and turnover your player affidavit forms. It is
strongly recommended that you have your medical releases notarized prior to
arriving in Vancouver, as the hospitals in the area may not treat patients
unless notarized. At 1:00 PM we will have the opening ceremonies all players
must be in uniform and attend.
Please check with your tournament director to see if your
roster has been sent to us for the tournament program. Once again we look forward to your
