Choosing the All Star Tournament game sites. Any Washington District 4 league that wants to host a tournament can ask to host. Leagues must meet the following requirements to host a tournament. Leagues must request hosting a tournament in writing by March 21st, 2006. Any league wishing to host a tournament must have filled their formal safety plan with Little League Baseball by May 1st, 2006. Leagues must file their regular season team rosters with Little League Baseball by June 2nd, 2006. All fees incurred by a league must be paid in full. All though all leagues in Washington District 4 meet the above criteria very few requested to host a tournament ion 2006. We hope those leagues will ask to host in 2007.
